We welcome guests and aspiring members to our monthly meetings. Please note for the smooth and seamless processing of your guest request and our meetings, the following guidelines are in place:

• This is a private meeting and your voter registration will be verified

• Lake GOP conducts business using Roberts Rules of Order.

• The Chair is not obligated to call on guests and non-members.

• All members have the right to speak once recognized by the chair.

• Only members have the right to vote.

• On the rare occasion an Executive Session is called, all non-members will be asked to leave the meeting. The Executive Session is considered private.

Steps for Becoming a Member

• You must be a registered Republican for 365 days and reside in Lake County.

• Complete a Membership Application plus 2 oaths (Candidate & RPOF). Both can be found at our website at www.lakecountyrepublicans.org under the membership tab or you can take an application tonight.

• You will receive an email notifying you of the date of our next meeting, where you will be voted in. You MUST be present at the time of vote. Once voted in, your information will be presented to the SOE and RPOF and you will be an official Precinct Committeeman or Committeewoman with the Lake GOP.
